Shipping & Replacements

Thank you for shopping with Capogee! We strive to create each product to the highest degree of quality and craftsmanship. 

Shipping: Once an order is placed it will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Packages are sent via USPS and Economy shipping is included for no extra charge.

Refund: Due to the individual and artisan nature of the key caps we do not offer refunds for these products. Please ensure that our caps will be compatible with your keyboard before ordering.

Replacement: While we take precautions to ensure your product gets to you safely and undamaged there may still be cases where the cap is damaged during transit. If your keycap arrives in an unusable state then please contact us via e-mail at team@capogeekeys.com within four (7) days of arrival for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.
